Job summary

Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities and provide person-centered care in Memory Care. We offer training for Med Tech roles, a schedule from 3 PM to 11 PM, and a weekly 32-hour workload across days.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in activities of daily living and personal care.
• Assist residents with daily routines and mobility.
• Implement resident care plans focusing on preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address resident needs in a timely manner.

Location: Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Med Tech Required, we will train!! Compensation: Up to $24/hr, depending on years licensed, plus med tech & evening differential. Schedule: 3P-11P in Memory Care. Sun, Tues, Thurs, Fri _ Mon, Wed, Thurs, Sat (32 hours per week, 64 per pay).

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
