The Opportunity: This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic CNA to join our team of highly skilled professionals on our fast-paced Med/Surg Post-Operative unit, 3 West, at the Alfond Center for Health in Augusta. This position is 36 hours per week on the night shift (7p-7a), with rotating weekend and holiday requirements. You will work three 12-hour shifts per week.
The Work: Performs basic patient care activities within the scope of practice. Assists patients with meeting their emotional, physical, and spiritual needs Greets patients and visitors. Answers, screens, and routes telephone calls. Calls codes, pages, and overhead announcements as requested Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff Assists with keeping unit and patient rooms stocked, clean, and orderly
$19.65 - $34.39 The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
