Oak Hill Senior Living in Brooksville, FL is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our compassionate care team. This full-time position includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a benefits package to support you and our residents.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health needs, document care, and uphold safety and privacy standards in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification from state health department; out-of-state CNAs may work 120 days while awaiting Indiana certification.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, oral hygiene, skin care, grooming, and dressing.
• Feed residents, provide bedside water, snacks, and transfers per care plan.
• Answer call lights and respond to requests promptly per policy.
• Maintain resident rooms and organize belongings; change bed linens as needed.
• Observe and report changes in appetite, skin condition, or behavior to staff.
• Provide emotional support and active listening to residents to promote independence.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy in line with HIPAA and policies.
• Document vitals and care provided in medical records as required.
