Responsibilities include identifying residents, documenting care, assisting with daily activities, reporting changes promptly, and ensuring a warm, safe environment while maintaining confidentiality and following policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA license in the state.
• CPR preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before administering treatments.
• Record entries clearly in charts/flow sheets.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
