Job summary

Qualifications
- Must possess a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
- Current, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants.
- Coordinate with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Supervisors to ensure quality care.
- Complete documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies.
- Administer medications as ordered and monitor resident status.
- Participate in care planning and discharge planning as needed.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained throughout shifts.
