HCF is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant/Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under licensed supervision. The role offers growth opportunities, on-the-job training, and a competitive benefits package as part of a caring, family-like workplace.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• State Tested Nurse Aide training and competency exam within four months of hire.
• Experience in a similar role encouraged.
• Compassionate, team player, social, trustworthy and service-minded.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring, personal hygiene, ambulation).
• Follow HCF Policies and Procedures.
• Meet job competencies for STNA/CNA.
• Answer call lights.
• Document care provided.
• Refer to and follow resident care plan.
• Report abnormal findings and unsafe conditions.
