HCF is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under licensed supervision. The role emphasizes compassionate, team-driven support for residents, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring and daily living activities.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; completion of a state-approved CNA program within four months of hire is acceptable.

Competenze

• Experience in activities of daily living and patient care.
• Ability to follow policies and care plans.
• Excellent communication and observation skills.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring, personal hygiene and ambulation).
• Answer call lights and document care.
• Refer to and follow resident care plans; report abnormal findings.
• Follow home care policies and procedures and maintain safety.
