Job summary

Erickson Senior Living Brooksby Village is seeking caring CNAs/GNAs to support residents with daily living activities, comfort, and companionship. You will work with a clinical team to implement care plans, respect residents' preferences, and contribute to a supportive community within a continuing care environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans respecting strengths, preferences and routines to provide comfort and belonging.
• Assist with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.

Compensation

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
