Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care. You will assist with activities, follow individualized care plans, and contribute to a comforting, belonging-focused environment.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of CNA experience, and hold a valid state CNA certification with CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in daily living activities with person-centered care.
• Assist with physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs.
• Follow personal care plans focusing on resident preferences and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address resident needs promptly.

Compensation:

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need
