Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care.

The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, implementing care plans, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure timely, compassionate care while meeting residents' needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification for the state where you work is required.
• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in activities of daily living.
• Provide person-centered care to meet residents' needs.
• Assist with residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
