Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care in a Highlands Ranch senior community near Denver.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, following personal care plans, and collaborating with the clinical team to meet residents' needs. Colorado CNA certification and CPR are preferred; 18+ years old; year-round availability.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current Colorado CNA certification is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in activities of daily living.
• Provide person-centered care to meet residents' needs.
• Assist with residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents' personal care plans.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
