Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living, Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care.

We offer a pay range of $21.50–$26.50 per hour (dependent on experience and QMAP certificate), with 12-hour day or night shifts, rotating every other weekend, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time employees. Comprehensive benefits, growth opportunities, and education assistance are included.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current Colorado CNA certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be available all year for employment

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed in a timely manner
