Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care.

The role is full-time with 12-hour day or night shifts, rotating weekends. Compensation ranges from $21.50 to $26.50 per hour, plus shift differentials and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Colorado CNA certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work year-round.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans with dignity and respect.
• Assist with activities and programs across the community.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care in a team setting.
