Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Help with mobility, transfers, positioning, and care needs.
• Take and document vital signs and resident information.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
