Job summary

Lansing Care and Rehab in Lansing, KS is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team. You will provide total resident care including ADLs and work 12-hour shifts in a supportive facility.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $20.00 to $23.50, along with comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, disability, FSA, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, CEU reimbursement, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Kansas certification/registration to practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPPA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and grooming.
• Record vital signs, weight, and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all interactions.
• Build rapport with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
