Kern River Transitional Care Center in Bakersfield, CA, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a team that values compassion and resident-centered care. We offer 12-hour shifts, competitive wages, and a supportive work environment dedicated to quality care.

As a CNA, you will assist with ADLs, promote independence, and ensure safety and dignity for residents. Flexible schedules including weekends and holidays are available to meet staffing needs.

Formación

• Valid California CNA certification in good standing.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with ADLs and restorative care.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with policies.
• Support residents' rights and individuality.
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support.
• Use safe lifting techniques and infection control procedures.
