Job summary

Missouri Slope is hiring a CNA in Bismarck, ND to provide direct personal care, ensure resident safety, and support activities and transfers. You will document care, follow safety policies, and work under the charge nurse supervision in a rotating day and night shift.

Eligible candidates must hold North Dakota CNA certification, pass background checks, and meet vaccination requirements. A $10,000 sign-on bonus and shift differentials enhance the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current CNA certification from North Dakota required or equivalent license.
• Pass a drug test and background checks including state registries.

Responsibilities

• Administers direct personal care to residents.
• Maintain a safe environment by following policies and procedures.
• Assist with transfers using lifts or manual methods up to 60 pounds.
• Transport residents in wheelchairs or chairs up to 30 lbs as needed.
• Encourage participation in activities and assist with transport.
• Make and change resident linens as required.
• Respect resident rights and confidentiality.
• Maintain records for each resident and report to the charge nurse.
• Uphold Missouri Slope customer service standards.
