Job summary

Missouri Slope Lutheran Care Center (MSLCC) is offering an upcoming Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Training Program in Bismarck, ND. Training is 100% paid, with class time paid at $23.50/hour and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for positions guaranteed 24–40 hours per week.

Program dates are December 1–17, with 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. class hours and clinical days scheduled. After successful completion, trainees provide resident-centered care and may transition to CNA roles at MSLCC.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well enough to complete required training and testing.
• Pass required drug screening, background check, and certification registry review.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and assistance to residents per individualized care plans.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety, infection control, and facility policies.
• Assist residents with transfers using safe techniques and mechanical lifts.
• Transport residents within the facility and assist with activities and transportation as needed.
• Respect resident rights and provide compassionate care during end-of-life care and family support.
