Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, oral care, and other needs.
• Take vital signs at shift start and as directed.
• Respond to calls for assistance and monitor changes in residents’ condition.
• Complete required documentation promptly.
• Assist in transportation of residents as needed.
• Provide companionship to residents.
• Ensure resident safety at all times.
• Encourage residents to stay active and engaged.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
