Job summary

1Mission Home Care is seeking dedicated CNAs to provide high-quality in-home care for seniors in the Weatherford area. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, provide companionship, and follow individualized care plans to maintain dignity and independence.

Requirements include an active CNA certification and CPR/First Aid. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed. 1+ years in home care is preferred, with flexible schedules available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep per care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and report health changes to supervisors.
• Provide medication reminders and basic health tasks in line with state regulations.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols; maintain documentation.

Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our senior clients in the comfort of their homes. You’ll work closely with our care coordinators and families to support our clients' health, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation according to client preferences and care plans

• Monitor and record vital signs, report changes in health status to supervisors

• Assist with medication reminders and basic health-related tasks (in accordance with state regulations)

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients

• Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols

• Maintain clear documentation of services provided

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification

• 1+ years of experience in home care or a similar caregiving role (preferred)

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
