Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of Oklahoma.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers to prevent injuries.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs.
• Provide emotional support and maintain a respectful environment.
• Ensure residents’ rooms and common areas remain clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures.
• Assist nursing staff with other duties as assigned.

CNAs provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs
