Job summary

Heritage at Brandon Place in Oklahoma City seeks compassionate Certified Nurse Aides to join our skilled nursing team. CNAs provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current active CNA certification in Oklahoma.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs (BP, temp, pulse, respiration).
• Assist with transfers and repositioning; observe changes and report to nurse.
• Maintain accurate care documentation.
• Support meals, hydration, and nutritional needs.
• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures.
