Job summary

Extended Care, LLC is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support residents at our Chicago-area facility.

As a CNA you will provide essential personal care, assist with activities of daily living, follow infection control policies, and help residents maintain dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

CNA’s must have the following:

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification per state requirements.
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Compliant with the state’s Health Care Worker Background Check requirements with respect to criminal history
• Must be proficient in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant
• Must be able to relate positively and favorably to our residents and visitors.
• Must be energetic, professional, and reliable.
