Job summary

Lemont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated CNAs to join our caring team. You will assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily activities while following infection control policies and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (per state requirements).
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Compliance with the state's Health Care Worker Background Check requirements.
• Proficiency in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant.
• Positive and compassionate attitude toward residents and visitors.
• Energetic, professional, and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety by following proper infection control policies and procedures
• Remain calm under stress while maintaining a “can-do” attitude
• Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning
• Support residents in looking and feeling their best while encouraging independence
• Empower residents to function at their highest possible level
