Job summary

Chateau Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking dynamic CNAs to provide individualized, compassionate care in a warm, supportive environment. Our team emphasizes safety, dignity, and meaningful engagement for residents through comprehensive services and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• CNA Certification required per state requirements.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Compliance with state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements.
• Proficiency in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety by following proper infection control policies and procedures.
• Remain calm under stress while maintaining a can-do attitude.
• Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning.
• Support residents in looking and feeling their best while encouraging independence.
• Empower residents to function at their highest possible level.
