Qualifications

• CNA transfer of care and resident support is required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and mobility.
• Safely transfer, transport, and reposition residents using proper equipment.
• Record vital signs and weights as directed by nursing staff.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy and rights at all times.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and restorative nursing activities.
• Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Keep resident rooms and care areas clean, organized and safe.
• Follow infection control practices and facility safety procedures.

Requirements
