Job summary

The Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing in Southampton, NY is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our dedicated nursing team. You will provide hands-on care to residents, helping with daily living activities and promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.

Qualifications

• Active New York State CNA certification required.
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals, and other activities of daily living
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental condition
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Accurately document care and resident observations
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies
• Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and team members
• Support residents' participation in social and recreational activities
• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care

Pay Rate: $24.00-$24.33 per hour
