Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
• Safely transfer, transport, and reposition residents using appropriate equipment.
• Obtain and record vital signs and weights as directed.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, confidentiality, and rights.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and restorative nursing activities.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas.
• Follow infection control practices and facility policies.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.

Schedule: Hiring All Shifts! | Resource Shift Part-Time: Days, 6:45 am or 11:15 am; Evenings, 6:45 pm or 11:15 pm

Requirements
