Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Transfer residents to and from activities and serve meals.
• Record and report changes in residents' condition to nurse on duty or supervisor.
• Promote quality services in compliance with state and federal regulations; other duties may be assigned.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to include: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Transfer residents to and from activities-serve meals to residents in the dining room.
• Record and report any changes in residents condition including eating habits to nurse on duty or supervisor.
• Promote quality services within the company, state, and federal regulations-other duties may be assigned or required for the performance of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Current nursing assistant certification C.N.A. in the state of Illinois.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Must enjoy working with the senior population
