Nexus Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support mobility within a team-focused facility.

Ideal candidates hold an Illinois CNA certification, CPR/BLS, and strong communication skills. This on-site role offers flexible shifts incl. mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and a supportive work culture with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Position Overview:As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality resident care. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support resident comfort and well-being.

Available Schedules

6am to 2pm (Full or Part Time)

2pm to 10pm (Full or Part Time)

10pm to 6am (Full or Part Time)

Weekends Only (Part Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Follow Infection Control & Safety Protocols
