Responsibilities

• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility as directed.
• Take and document vital signs and other resident information.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nurse.
• Maintain clean and comfortable resident rooms and care areas.
• Support restorative and rehabilitative care as assigned.
• Follow infection-control and safety procedures.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nursing staff and team members.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Perform additional resident-care duties as assigned.

Schedule

Available shifts include:

• AM: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• PM: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

• NOC: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM

• Rotating weekends and weekend availability may be required
