Job summary

Santa Cruz Post Acute in Santa Cruz, CA is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our full-time or part-time care team. You will support residents with daily activities, work closely with nursing staff, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care promoting independence and dignity.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weights and other observations.
• Support meal service and ensure proper hydration.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident spaces.
• Promptly report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff and follow infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with the care team on clinical and non-clinical tasks.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our full-time care team. In this role, you will provide essential hands-on support to residents while collaborating closely with nursing staff to ensure a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment.
