Job summary

Atlas Health Group at West Deptford is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role supports short-term and long-term residents with compassionate, quality care in a skilled nursing environment.

The CNA will assist with activities of daily living, follow individualized care plans, document care provided, and communicate changes to the nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with bathing, grooming, hygiene and placement of adaptive equipment.
• Ensures call lights are within reach and answered promptly.
• Reports all changes in residents' condition to supervisor as soon as possible.
• Positions residents for meals and serves trays; assists with feeding as needed per care plan.
• Completes all required documentation prior to end of shift.

Atlas Health Group at West Deptford, an excellent skilled nursing facility, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). We provide a wide range of nursing care and rehabilitation services for both short-term and long-term care residents. Atlas Health Group at West Deptford has professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate team that cares for our residents.

The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide basic nursing care to patients and residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities and performs basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Assists residents with resident care including bathing, grooming, hygiene and placement of adaptive equipment
• Ensures call lights are within reach of residents and answers call lights promptly
• Reports all changes in residents condition to supervisor as soon as possible
• Assures that residents are positioned appropriately for meals and serves meal trays as well as assists with feeding as needed per individual plan of care
• Completes all required documentation prior to end of shift

Educational Requirements
