Job summary

Hillcrest Country Estates in Papillion, NE is hiring compassionate CNAs to join our nursing team. Starting pay is $18.00+ per hour, with multiple health plans and PTO benefits.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, respond to call lights, and document care in the patient records. Qualified candidates hold an active Nebraska CNA license and have experience with elderly care in long-term or post-acute settings.

Pay: Started at $18.00+ per hour based upon experience

What does a day in the life look like?

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, hygiene care, and other daily essential care needs.
• Answering call lights in a timely manner to determine the patients’ needs.
• Responsible for documenting all patient care in POC and notify Nurse Manager of refusals of care or abnormalities in vital signs.

What should I have to be considered?

• An active CNA license in the state of Nebraska.
• Experience working with the elderly providing personal care services in a long term care, post-acute, hospital, or similar setting preferred.
