Hillcrest Health & Living in Papillion, Nebraska is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs to join our nursing team at Hillcrest Country Estates the Cottages. The position offers starting pay of $18.00+ per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska CNA license.
• Experience with elderly residents in long-term care or similar settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, hygiene, and other daily essential care needs.
• Answer call lights promptly to determine residents’ needs.
• Document all patient care in the plan of care and notify Nurse Manager of refusals of care or abnormalities in vital signs.

What does a day in the life look like?

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, hygiene care, and other daily essential care needs.
• Answering call lights in a timely manner to determine the patients’ needs.
• Responsible for documenting all patient care in POC and notify Nurse Manager of refusals of care or abnormalities in vital signs.

What should I have to be considered?

• An active CNA license in the state of Nebraska.
• Experience working with the elderly providing personal care services in a long term care, post-acute, hospital, or similar setting preferred.
