Job summary

Stilwell Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our Oklahoma facility. You will support residents with daily living tasks, monitor vital signs, and relay concerns to nursing staff. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment.

We offer a two day shift matrix with a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid across nine months to new hires who apply online and are hired. Internal recruitment may fill positions quickly, so act fast.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in Oklahoma with active license in good standing.
• One year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, positioning, etc.).
• Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, oxygen saturation).
• Communicate resident concerns to supervising nurse or physician.
• Record observations in chart and report concerns to supervisor.
• Assist turning/lifting of disabled residents and provide basic grooming, dressing, bathing, eating and exercise support.
