Forest Hills Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide high-quality resident care in a senior living environment. You will assist with daily activities, feeding, grooming, and mobility, while supporting residents' comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Oklahoma.
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assist residents with grooming, bathing, and incontinence care.
• Feed residents and assist with meals.
• Assist with range of motion exercises.
• Provide personal care and comfort and assist with mobility.

• 1:45pm-10pm
• Weekend Double: 6am-10pm every Saturday and Sunday * Baylor Pay

Essential Functions of Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs
• Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care
• Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding
• Assists resident with range of motion exercises
• Provides for personal care and comfort
• Movement to wheelchair or activity areas
• Assists residents with ambulation for short distance in center
• Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed
• Provides direct and indirect resident care services
• Meets the communication needs of resident and family
• Communicates to nursing team changes in residents’ clinical condition
• Performs other tasks as assigned

Qualifications of Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):

• High School diploma or general equivalency is preferred
• Must pass a state-issued exam
• Required valid certification as a CNA in the state of Oklahoma
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and facility staff
