Hospice Services of Massachusetts seeks a dedicated Hospice CNA to provide personal care, light housekeeping, and emotional support to patients in their homes across Plymouth and Bristol Counties, Easton, MA. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans and monitor patient conditions.

The role requires MA CNA licensure, ability to lift and transfer patients, and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

Hospice CNA - Easton, MA

Join Hospice Services of Massachusetts, a compassionate organization dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to patients with life-limiting illnesses. As a Hospice CNA, you will play a vital role in our care team, providing personal care, light housekeeping, and emotional support to patients in their homes throughout Plymouth and Bristol Counties.

$22 to $24 an hour with weekly pay, depending on experience.

About the Role:

As a Hospice CNA, you will be responsible for performing personal care needs for patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with feeding, toileting, and ambulation, as well as provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans and monitor patient conditions.

Requirements:
