Job summary

Karcher Post Acute in Nampa, ID is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our full-time team. Earn $19.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience, with available schedules: Option 1 Sundays–Tuesdays 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or Option 2 Thursdays–Saturdays 6:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Work closely with nurses and other team members to ensure exceptional care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety and infection control procedures.
