Job summary

Moraga Post-Acute is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our AM shift. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and work closely with nurses to ensure high-quality, dignified care for residents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure resident rooms and care areas are clean, safe and organized.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies.
