Job summary

Moraga Post-Acute is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs for the AM shift. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with nurses to promote comfort, dignity, and independence throughout the day.

This full-time role offers a starting pay of $24.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and ongoing education to support your growth in a five-star Medicare-rated facility.

Qualifications

• Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and mental conditions.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure resident rooms and care areas remain clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.
