Job summary

Towne Centre Assisted Living seeks a compassionate CNA to support seniors with daily living activities and health monitoring on a full-time basis. A self-starter with initiative will thrive in this role, delivering respectful, professional care and building trust with residents and families.

Must hold a CNA or HHA certification in Indiana, be able to prioritize tasks, and communicate in English. Long-term care experience is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification required in Indiana.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Reads, writes, speaks & understands English.
• No findings in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation.
• Foster good resident and family relationships.
• Experience in long-term or assisted living is a plus but not required.

• Observe and report changes in patient's condition to the supervising nurse.

• Observes residents and reports to nursing any changes in physical, mental, and emotional condition.
• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and hospitable manner.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.
• Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Can foster good resident and family relationships.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
• A passion for working with elderly residents.
• Experience in a long‑term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
