Job summary

We’re looking for a compassionate CNA in Indiana to join The Wyndmoor of Castleton. You’ll support seniors with daily living needs, monitor changes, and collaborate with a caring team to ensure comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates have a CNA or HHA credential, strong communication in English, and a genuine passion for elder care. Experience in long-term care is a plus, but not required; training is provided on shift.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.
• Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Can foster good resident and family relationships.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
• A passion for working with elderly residents.
• Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
