Willow Park Healthcare Center in Lawton, OK is seeking compassionate Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. CNAs provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Formación

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab settings preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer and reposition residents as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries.
• Document care provided and report changes to licensed nurse.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized rooms and areas.
• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care.
