Kern Valley Healthcare District is seeking Certified Nurse Assistants for the Skilled Nursing Facility in Lake Isabella, CA. Positions available include Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per-Diem with a $22.00-$32.00 per hour range.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with current CALIFORNIA CNA certificate required.
• BLS certification is required within 90-days of hire.
• Provides direct and indirect resident care under RN or LVN supervision.
• Assists residents with daily living and activities.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment for facility residents.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
• Must possess good interpersonal skills with residents, staff, and the public.

CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT

Full-Time*/Part-Time/Per-Diem - Multiple positions available

Skilled Nursing Facility (Lake Isabella, CA)

$22.00 - $32.00 per hour

Helps patients or clients with healthcare needs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). Note: Skilled Nursing CNA's receive 10% weekend shift premium pay.

QUALIFICATIONS And SKILLS

• High school graduate or equivalent with current CALIFORNIA CNA certificate required.
• BLS certification is required within 90-days of hire.
• Provides direct and indirect resident care under the direction of RN or LVN.
• Assists residents with daily living and activities.
• Provides personal care, comfort, and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for facility residents.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English; both verbal and written.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and interface professionally, tactfully, and respectfully with residents, staff, and the general public.
