Job summary

Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Holden, MA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the 7:00am-3:00pm shift to deliver compassionate, personalized resident care within our sub-acute and long-term units.

This full-time position (37.5 hours) offers a retention bonus up to $2,000 and a pay range of $20.00-$24.98 per hour plus shift differential. Benefits include paid time off, medical, dental and vision insurance, and a 401(k) with employer match.
