Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center seeks Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver exceptional care to residents.

We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued, and your professional development is encouraged. Our team is dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents through compassionate, personalized care. These roles are within our sub‑acute, long‑term care, and ventilator dependent units.

• Saturdays & Sundays (every other weekend or every weekend)
• Day, evening, and overnight shifts available

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, resident‑centered care
• Support nursing staff with vital signs and resident needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment

Qualifications

• MA CNA license (in good standing)
• Previous long‑term care experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable, compassionate, and team‑oriented
• Weekend availability is required
