Fundamental is seeking a caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will provide daily care and support to residents and patients in a facility setting, ensuring comfort and safety.

Shifts include 6am-2pm and 2-10pm; full-time positions only. A valid CNA license is required and transportation is needed for this role.

Qualifications

• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately.
• Able to relay information about a resident’s condition.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Caring individual dedicated to high-quality care for residents/patients.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Change linens and position patients.
• Provide daily living support and comfort.
• Offer hydration and monitor intake.
• Check in on residents morning and night.

Posted Salary Range

USD $18.00 - USD $21.50 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

Our CNAs provide daily care and services that support the nursing care delivered to residents and patients in the facility.

Certified Nursing Assistants deliver care to residents and patients including:

• Assistance with bathing
• Changing linens
• Properly positioning patients
• Offering hydration
• Checking in on patients in the morning and night
• Taking/ recording vital signs
• CNAs may perform other similar duties as assigned by the nursing department when necessary

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (as required)
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language
• CNAs must be a caring individual dedicated to providing high quality care to our residents/patients
• Reliable transportation required
