Friends Homes, Inc. in Greensboro, NC is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time 7a-7p role.

This position requires every other weekend and offers starting pay of $17.00 per hour, DOE (does not include shift differential for other weekend shifts). As a CNA, you will provide care to residents, advocate for their quality of life, and support social activities while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• North Carolina CNA Certification required.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Desire to serve older adults and make a positive impact.

What You’ll Do:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide care to the residents in the household to help meet their daily needs, including medical, physical, and emotional support
• Advocate for residents, ensuring they have the best possible experience and quality of life
• Promote residents' psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationship building

• Maintain a clean, safe environment and care for residents' personal laundry
