Wolf Creek Care Center in Grass Valley, CA is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a compassionate, team-focused community. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor vitals, assist with meals, and ensure comfort and dignity in a respectful environment.

We offer competitive pay starting at $22–$24 per hour, a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and opportunities for growth and ongoing learning

Responsabilités

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Taking and recording vital signs and reporting changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Ensuring residents' comfort, safety, and personal preferences are respected.
• Supporting residents with meals, hydration, and restorative activities.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with the care team.
• Promoting a warm, welcoming, and respectful environment for residents and families.
